Congratulations, Medical style

Congratulations card

My cousin Rani recently graduated from PA school and passed her board exam. It’s nice to break out the medical related stamps and dies when someone’s not sick!

I cut the scalloped piece from plain cardstock with a Silhouette Cameo, then colored it with red ink and embossed it with a Spellbinders Grand Calibur machine. I also cut the stethoscope with the Silhouette, then inked it with black and silver inks. I stamped the sentiment and band-aids onto plain cardstock and cut them out. The main background piece is silver cardstock. I adhered the sentiment and stethoscope with dimensional foam and glued the entire piece to a card.

Don’t you love those little band-aids?

Supplies:

  • Inks: Delicata in Silvery Shimmer, Memento Luxe in Tuxedo Black and Love Letter, VersaMagic in Pink Grapefruit (IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko)
  • Stamps: Paper Smooches
  • Embossing folder: Darice
